Even when issues arose that weren't caused by Caroline, she found solutions to fix them and keep things moving. We were impressed that Miami Mortgage Brokers had us clear to close a week early, despite the seller causing a slight delay. They also worked hard to find us a good rate. I researched it afterward, and they actually got me the best rate on the market. On top of all that, their fees came in below what they initially disclosed, so we ended up saving a couple of grand. Caroline is amazing as a loan officer. She is my preferred lender. Caroline was able to close my loan within 3 weeks and offered a great rate with no points. I was initially working with another bank but I am happy I switched over as the process was smooth. Caroline was very professional and responded quickly.

The loan process is quite stressful & back and forth so be patient and yet proactive . Be ready to provide documents/ files that you probably never had opened nor heard of but you will.
